Shipping policy

Every Earth Tees item is made to order. Once you place an order, your shirt is sent into production with our print partner.

Most orders ship within 2-7 business days after the order is placed. After that, delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.

For U.S. orders, standard delivery is usually around 2-5 business days after production. Economy shipping, when available, may take around 4-8 business days after production. International delivery times vary and may take longer.

You’ll see the available shipping options and costs at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created.

Because each item is made to order, production times can sometimes be longer during busy seasons, holidays, inventory delays, or if an item needs to be reprinted for quality control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to create a new order to resend it. Additional production and shipping costs may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and clear photos if applicable. We’ll review it and work with our production partner to make it right.
