Refund policy
Every Earth Tees item is made to order. Because of that, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the order qualifies, we’ll work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund.
You do not need to return damaged or defective items unless we specifically ask you to.
Size Exchanges
We allow size exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Since each shirt is made to order, customers may be responsible for the cost of producing and shipping the replacement item unless the issue was caused by a production error.
Shipping Issues
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we may need to place a new order to reship it. Additional production and shipping costs may apply.
